Recently we sold our beautiful Display Home to a very lucky family, we were very proud of our Display home which we named the Ellysium as it showcased what Smart Choice Homes is really able to achieve.

                                                                                           

Gary McArthur together with the on site construction expertise of his son Gavin McArthur and Electronic Interiors created this ultimate show home. Nicknamed the “Intelligent Home” displaying both smart architectural design and the latest advanced technology available to the home building industry, displayed in a hands-on approach, where people now have the opportunity to see, feel, hear and experience this smart technology.

This unique navigation process facilitates the control of air-conditioning, home cinema, security system, lighting, motorized blinds and all home entertainment systems. Access to the home is automated with keyless entry, so now you can view your guests arriving on a screen and even unlock the front door from a number of rooms within the home.” Imagine watching your favourite movie in the mirror while soaking in your bath, or the morning news on your drop down plasma screen while enjoying a morning coffee in bed and then with a touch of a button watch it disappear into the ceiling.
