Traditional Lots are now considered the larger blocks from 600sq mts in area with an 18+ metre wide frontage. They are perfect for large lowset homes with plenty of yard space left over. However, when choosing your lot size it’s worth considering that it isn’t necessarily the block size that determines how much usable yard or privacy that you will have.
