Gallery Lots are medium sized blocks from 375sq mts. in area with a 15-17 metre wide frontage. Only 2 storey designs are available on this lot type. They can still suit couples, families, empty nesters and retirees – it all depends on the design you choose. For example a retiring couple may choose a design with the Master Bed downstairs and bedrooms for the guests upstairs, a family may choose all bedrooms upstairs and an empty nester family may prefer an upstairs parents suite opening to the balcony. Because these designs are all 2 storey many of the Gallery Lots (particularly the corner ones) will have ample room available for a pool.
